"On your mark, get set....ZOOMIES!!! You asked, and we listened! Zuri’s calf has been seen doing zoomies around the giraffe barn and fortunately for all of you, the Animal Care team caught this little one in action!" the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium posted on Facebook.
Zoomies are often exhibited by an animal when they get a sudden burst of energy that causes them to run in circles or spin around.
The male giraffe calf, who has not yet been named, was born to mother giraffe Zuri on June 28 and can be viewed at the Zoo in the Heart of Africa throughout the day.
A female giraffe calf was also born at the Columbus zoo on Aug. 27 to mother giraffe Jana.
In all, 19 giraffes have been born at the zoo.
