Talks between the U.S. and China are scheduled to start up again this week. It's reported that the top representatives of the two countries will talk by phone. President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed to restart talks at the G-20 summit in Japan late last month. And while the two sides negotiate again, the Trump Administration has agreed not to impose new tariffs on China. But, President Trump has indicated imposing more tariffs on Chinese goods is still very much alive, if the two sides can't reach an agreement.
